Building a content plan to increase thought leadership

Google puts a huge amount of importance on E-E-A-T so having pieces written and authored by your team is important for reach, but it is a great way to showcase their expertise.


Working with Kaizen I created a content-led approach to marketing to increase their output on industry subjects. I worked with each area lead on industry trends to create articles that gave their insight and opinion. Sometimes I edited the post, other times I would ghostwrite the initial piece and ask for expert input. This approach well as it allowed a quick turnaround.
